Who was the smartest criminal in UK history?

Mateo Elijah

Do you know the story of the man nicknamed the “fox”?

Even today, I wonder if it really existed?

At the age of 19, he entered prison, accused of infiltrating U.S. intelligence and stealing many of the country’s secrets.

Because of his cunning, he was nicknamed the fox.

His father was an old man who lived alone. One day, he wanted to plant potatoes in his garden, but he did not have the strength because of his advanced age.

So he sent his imprisoned son a message that said:

“My dear son, I wish you were with me right now to help me plough the garden and plant potatoes. Now I don’t have anyone to help me.”

After some time, the father received a letter from his son saying:

“Dad, please don’t dig in the garden because I hid something important, and when I get out of prison, I’ll tell you what it is.”

Within an hour of the message, the secret services and the army surrounded the house.

They dug the earth meter by meter, removed everything, but found nothing and left the house.

A week later, the father received a new letter.

“Dad, I hope the land has been well ploughed by the police, now you can plant your potatoes and if you need anything else, let me know. I can’t be with you, but I will do everything to support you in any way I can.”

So he’s very smart this fox isn’t he? 😏
