Is it legal to shoot an ICE agent who illegally enters your home without a warrant and refuses to identify himself?

If you shoot ICE, SWAT, or any police officer when they enter your home, you will most likely get immediately riddled with holes, even if they hit the wrong house.

So, being shot to death, the legality of doing so becomes moot.

And you also run the risk of getting your family members shot dead as well. Once the bullets start flying… well, you figure it out.

I am not excusing the police for wrongfully shooting you or even wrongfully entering your home, announced or unannounced. Just conveying the reality of the situation.

It’s a sad situation, but it has happened many times in the past. Now sure how to properly handle that scenario.

If you are so lucky as to not get struck down by a hail of bullets, you will get your day in court in front of a jury. You can also sue them. You might also consider getting the hell out of Dodge, as those police officers will look to make your life a living hell for many years to come.
