This photo may just seem like your typical family photo on Christmas

This photo may just seem like your typical family photo on Christmas. However, it’s not. My stepmom, the woman in the shirt showing her shoulders was abusing me a few years back, a year before this photo was taken. My dad, the conservative man with the hat on was an “innocent” bystander during this whole thing. I’m the girl with my hair down and black glasses on. My stepmom hit me across the head, told me I was fat, ugly and stupid, tried to kick me out,

and tried to strangle me while not treating any of my other siblings like that. Once I got out they told everyone that it was my fault then when I posted my story online for their friends and my family to find out that they’re lying after 2 years of dealing with the pain and contemplating if I should actually do it they get mad and tell me to stop spreading that stuff around when they’ve done the same to my. My mom had my back during the whole thing because it’s my story and I can tell it wherever and however I want. Their responses weren’t great. My stepsister, the one holding my little sister is someone who thought had my back. She was so supportive of me until I “ruined her mother’s name” but she did that herself. The point of me posting it wasn’t for payback but for me to get my story out there. But this innocent looking photo has a lot more depth into it
