At just 13 years old, Deliah has gone through more than most will experience in a lifetime. For more than five and a half years, she’s fought astrocytoma—a form of brain cancer that altered her world in an instant, but not her character. Deliah is resilient, kind, and loved by all who know her.
She had been looking forward to such a great summer—camp, beach trips, time with her grandma, lounging at home with her family and dogs. Now she’s getting ready for another stint in the hospital to deal with the impact of her treatment. It’s a tough journey, but she keeps plodding along with amazing strength and determination.
