What were Frank Sinatra’s last words?

He said to his wife, Barbara, “I’m losing…”

Frank Sinatra died in 1998 on the night the final episode of the then massively famous comedy show Seinfeld was showing. Having suffered a heart attack, the ambulance was able to carry Sinatra to the hospital in record time as traffic was very low, many people having stayed home to watch the Seinfeld finale.

Despite being in the hospital in record time, the 82-year-old singer still died. He had been in the hospital for heart trouble repeatedly over the years, and had only recently returned from an 8-day stay for the same reason. Sinatra knew the gig was up, he knew his health was failing him and he knew this would be the one time he wouldn’t survive…

Barbara Sinatra, in the hospital room, urged her husband to “fight”. He looked at her sadly, and said: “I’m losing.” After this, he passed away almost instantly.
