What is ‘Ozempic face’?

Mateo Elijah

It’s not a condition that Ozempic causes—directly. It’s more a result of the weight loss that occurs.

If you are overweight and middled aged and older, that extra fat will fill out your skin and make you look ostensibly younger in some ways.

And if you get super skinny, it will show the skin sagging more.

This isn’t to say someone should try to stay fat just to look a bit younger in their face. It’s just to recognize this is something that happens.

Also, if you were obese, it’s possible you stretched your skin out as well, which will show when you suddenly get skinny.

This is why many people will see a plastic surgeon to help address this issue and feel better about themselves.

There are tradeoffs with everything in life. Weigh them carefully. Remember to manage your health now, eating healthy and exercising, before you resort to medicine to resolve these issues.
