  3. You need to eat six to eight meals a day, to keep your metabolism elevated.
  4. You can out train a sub-par diet.
  5. Everybody can look like Arnold after 2 years of training.
  6. Supplements are extremely important for fat loss, muscle growth and health.
  7. You must train for 6 days a week to get muscular, lean and strong.
  8. It’s all about the PUMP.
  9. Carbs are the devil and make you fat!
  10. Fat makes you fat!
