When Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was 15, he already was larger than most grown men twice his age. He could grow a full beard, he has shoulders wider than some doorframes and he was pretty buff, too. When he went to a new high school — he had to change schools a lot as his father was a traveling wrestler — kids looked at him suspiciously.
Other kids would suspect Johnson of being an undercover cop, trying to find drug dealers in their school. Some sort of 21 Jump Street situation. Didn’t help that he grew a moustache and loved to wear sunglasses. Dude looked like a cop. And no, he didn’t do steroids, back then. He had insane genetics. His mother is a massive Samoan lady, the daughter of a famous wrestler, herself. And his father was a black Canadian professional wrestler, Rocky Johnson.
And now? He is ABSOLUTELY on steroids. He’s 52, almost 53 years old and has arms bigger than most men’s legs. There is no way in hell even a genetic freak with an above average ability to grow muscles would look this swole at 52 unless he took steroids. Plus, there’s the injuries sustained in his wrestling days — steroids alone would keep a man’s body going with all the beatings he took, all the muscles he sprained. This is not rocket science.
A 52-year-old man doesn’t weigh 275 pounds of pure muscle without taking steroids and possibly HGH (human growth hormone). The facial features of Dwayne Johnson have changed over the years, too, which is one of the side effects of prolonged steroids and growth hormones use — it quite literally alters not just your muscle but even your bones.
