i had like a fully black pimple on my back and my friend

i had like a fully black pimple on my back and my friend and her sister sat there for like 20 minutes trying to squeeze it out, black gunk was coming out and then finally a literal tiny ball popped out. it looks like an egg or like a seed or something. please give answers omg
