I’m 125 pounds and my arms look skinny, and I want to wear clothing that compliments my body shape. Whenever I wear some shirts I look skinny. And it doesn’t flatter me.

Why not go to the gym and get jacked, try creatine or if your really committed you could try steroids but I’d look up the side effects first. Protein powder, creatine and a bit of pre workout goes a long way.
if your a female, you are lucky as high end clothing are made for skinnier women, maybe invest in some better brands and look at what looks good on other skinny women like Kendall Jenner for example.
