On Saturday, my wife, our 4-year-old son, and I flew from Minneapolis to JFK in New York to visit family. There was a flight attendant who really stood out. She was so friendly, happy, and full of energy. She kept checking on our son, Charlie, every time she passed by. Her name was Kesha. Even though Charlie is usually shy, he said goodbye to Kesha when we left the plane.
Later, on the AirTrain to our rental, we saw Kesha miss her bus, and Charlie was sad the bus left without her.
On our way back, we flew out of LaGuardia to Minneapolis. We arrived early, had some food, and then got delayed for 4 hours. Who did we see again? Kesha!
She spent her own time sitting with Charlie, reading books, and watching animal videos. She didn’t have to do that, but she went out of her way to make Charlie so happy. It was the best customer service we’ve ever seen!
Delta Airlines, if you don’t know Kesha yet, you should. She works in NYC. She deserves a raise because her service is amazing. Training videos should be made about her. We didn’t get Kesha’s last name, but we hope she sees this. We hope to meet her again.
Sincerely,
The Smith Family
